Nigeria was given the short end the stick when over 100 bags of plastic rice was impounded by the country’s customs authority. The plastic rice that was sent for further analysis has now created a row between concerned officials after the country’s health minister tweeted that they have cleared the rice, however, the National Agency for Food and Drugs said that was not their position.
